Do I have to do any trades myself?
No. We will do all the trading for you. If you wish to do trades yourself, you would need to open a 2nd account at Think or Swim (really easy for the 2nd account) to allow you to do your own trading.
Can I use any broker I wish?
Currently we are only partnered with Think or Swim. We may add more brokers in the future if there is a demand for them.
Are you able to withdrawal my money?
No. After you sing the Limited Trading Agreement, we are only able to execute trades for you. We are not authorized to transfer any of your funds to our account. We may however at your request, transfer money into your bank account for you.
How long does it take to get started?
It takes just a few days to open your Think or Swim account and get it funded. Once that is done and you fax us your Limited Trading Agreement, we are ready to go. You would then be included in any new trades.
How much can I expect to make?
While it is not possible to predict the outcome of any trades, we limit losses and maximize profits. Our goal is to make at least 5% each month. During trending times you account may make over 10%. Also, it can take 2 to 4 weeks before you show a profit. This is due to making money on time premium, and the profit being made after the stock options have decayed in value of time.
If I have an emergency, how long would it take to get my money back?
If you need your money immediately, just send us an email or call us. We will close your positions and you're money can be transferred to you in about 48 hours.
How much are trade commissions?
Trade commissions are negotiated between you and Think or Swim. Think or Swim is however extremely competitive and will generally give better commission rates then most brokers.
Can I get email confirmations for my trades?
Yes. Open your Desktop platform for Think or Swim. Go to the Alerts Tab. Click the "Setup" button on the bottom right. You can add your email here for notifications.
